How long has Cottonsmith been in business?
Cottonsmith began manufacturing products in Russia and marketing the products to the United States in 1992. Cottonsmith was the inspiration of Raphael Mense, president of Cottonsmith, who possesses years of experience in global manufacturing.

Do you sell to anyone?
No, Cottonsmith is a wholesale business only, we do not sell directly to your customers.

Does Cottonsmith offer samples at No-Charge?
No. We do understand that your customer may not always want the item you sampled, so we do accept the return of samples and our restock policy will apply.

Is there a minimum order?
A minimum order is one full container, approximately 1000 dozen, or 12000 pieces, depending on the style. Two different styles can be combined.

What is your return policy?
Second quality merchandise, above 3% fallout per order, in its original condition, can be returned with prepaid freight. Please call for a return authorization (RA) number, that should be clearly marked on the cartons before returning product.

How do I apply for terms?
You could download the credit application form. Please fill it out and send it back to us with additional information requested.

Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from the originated overseas factory directly to your desired location.
